1. Complete Agent Listing Report.
2. Convert entire listing file into one PDF file. ***
3. Email listing file to office manager.

1. Subscribe to an e-fax service and fax entire file to your personal fax number.  Once you receive the pdf file in your email inbox, simply email it to your office manager.  (Simplest Option)
   
2. If you have Adobe Acrobat (not Adobe Reader) and a scanner, you can scan the listing file into your hard drive and use the Adobe Acrobat to combine the pages into one (1) PDF file.
