Buyer Package Submission Instructions:

Complete Agent Pending/Closing Report.
File must include: copy of signed HUD, fully executed contract addendem (if applicable), copy of the bank deposit receipt of the commission check and copy of the home warranty order from with confirmation number (if applicable)
Convert entire listing file into one PDF file. ***
Email buyer file to office manager.

*** Convert Entire Listing File into One (1) PDF File.
There are 2 ways to convert your listing file into one (1) PDF file.

Subscribe to an e-fax service and fax entire file to your personal fax number. Once you receive the pdf file in your email inbox, simply email it to your office manager. (Simplest Option)
If you have Adobe Acrobat (not Adobe Reader) and a scanner, you can scan the listing file into your hard drive and use the Adobe Acrobat to combine the pages into one (1) PDF file.

EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT INSTRUCTIONS

If an earnest money check is held by Ownerland Realty, a copy of the check together with the bank deposit receipt must also be emailed within the Pending File.
Agent must deposit the earnest money check into OwnerLand Realty's Trust Account in NATIONAL CITY BANK in a timely manner according to the contract.

The company's trust account number is: 983410034. Endorse the check by printing "FOR DEPOSIT ONLY", no signature is required. If you can not remember the account number, ask the banker look under the "address tab" for Trust Account.

COMMISSION CHECK DEPOSIT INSTRUCTIONS

After depositing your commission check made payable to Ownerland Realty, a copy of the check together with the bank deposit receipt must also be emailed within the Closed File.
Agent must deposit the commission check into OwnerLand Realty's Operating Account in NATIONAL CITY BANK in a timely manner to get paid promptly. The company's operating account number is: 983410202.

Endorse the check by printing "FOR DEPOSIT ONLY", no signature is required. If you can not remember the account number, ask the banker look under the "address tab" for Operating Account.
